Malaysia's Unaffordable Houses

Thursday, September 3, 2015

The houses in Malaysia are too expensive and beyond the affordability  of the majority of the population. In KL, the home ownerships is only about 50%. That mean half of the population do not own a home.

Comparative effortability
The figure for the country is on the high 72.5%, a misleading figures as it include ownership of homes in TOLland and the informal kampong houses,

If we compare to other countries, Philippine can offer its people a 2-bedroom house complete with swimming pool for RM53,000 only. ,
