Why the price has gone up so much. It is true that the price of the raw material had gone up, but what is the percentage of raw material to the total cost of the house. The price of land can be checked with the relevant authorities. If the cost factors are calculated, then the total cost will be known and the government can put the cap to the prices.
It is hard to understand the reasons why the authorities seem to be unwilling to do anything to control the pricing.
