The rise of Condo Homes

The report shows that the number of condos being built in Kuala Lumpur is on a sharp rise. The data from 2004 to 2012 showed that 43% of the residential units built were condo, the actual numbers were, 128,271 units were built and 55,631 was condos.

The units were classified under any of the following 8 house types:
1- terraced - can be single, double or three storeys.
2- semi-detached - single, double or 3 storeys.
3- detached
4. townhouse
5. flat
6- serviced apartment
7. condo
8. low cost flat
